As all of our products are handmade to order we say to allow 7-14 working
days for your One Acre Home order to be dispatched. If you urgently need
your order to be dispatched then please contact us and we will do our best to
get your order out to you asap.

If you wish to return an item then please contact us for a return address. The
item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately
we do not offer returns on bespoke items.
Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked service. You will be
provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Yes absolutely! We encourage you to order a fabric sample first before placing
your order to ensure that the fabric works with your home interior. Simply visit or samples page to order!
